Student Life

Academic Schedule
Students will have a busy schedule balancing high school coursework with college-level aviation classes. Classes will be held at the Aeronautical Center of Technolgy, located at the Indy South Greenwood Airport in Greenwood, IN. Half of your day will be spent at your high school and the other half here at the ACT.

Rigorous Coursework
Aviation courses are demanding, requiring a strong foundation in math, physics, and technical skills. Our student will spend time studying and preparing for the FAA exams. Flight training, flight simulation and aircraft building are all part of the program.

Aviation Mentorship
Our instructors are aviation professionals and throughout the year numerous aviation experts will come and speak to our students. Take part in scheduled field trips that will expose you to all facets of aviation and aerospace.
